Who is responsible
ZyCare is the data controller for information collected on this site. To contact us about your data, email info@zycaretech.com or use the Contact page.
What we collect
- Your survey answers (role, company size, concerns, pricing view)
- Name and email, only if you ask for early access and tick the consent box
- Your browser's user-agent string, to spot spam and broken submissions
- Anonymous page-view statistics via Cloudflare Web Analytics (no cookies, no cross-site tracking)
Why and on what basis
- Survey answers: product research, our legitimate interest in building the right thing
- Name and email: your consent, used only to contact you about early access and ZyCare updates
- We never sell your data or use it for third-party advertising
Where it is stored and for how long
- Stored in a Cloudflare D1 database operated by Cloudflare, Inc.
- Survey answers are kept while they are useful for product research, and no longer than 24 months
- Contact details are kept until early access launches or you withdraw consent, whichever comes first
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct, export, or delete your data, and withdraw consent at any time, by emailing info@zycaretech.com or through the Contact page. We reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
